About us
Afmac Ltd was set up in 2001 by Andrew and Catherine Mitchell. We are based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.Andrew is a highly experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with over 20 years experience in the air conditioning and refrigeration field. This experience covers anything from small domestic split units to industrial chiller process systems.
Catherine is the company secretary and handles the off site work generated by the business and she deals with the day to day running of the office.
As a company we supply, install and maintain air conditioning for a wide variety of sites and applications.
- We use equipment from many different manufacturers to enable us to use what we feel to be the best option for your site. This means we match the most appropriate equipment to the site conditions.
- Our heat load calculations are carried out using the latest computer programmes, giving accurate heat loadings. This allows us to size equipment accurately, leading to efficient and economic operation of your air conditioning.
About the only thing we don’t do associated with air conditioning is air conditioning for vehicles (Sorry!). It’s best to use either a vehicle air conditioning or transport refrigeration specialist.
